About the Internship

The Legal Internship Program at MB Jain & Partners is designed for law students eager to immerse themselves in corporate law. The internship provides hands-on experience in IPR, Company Law, and Arbitration, enabling students to hone their research, drafting, and case preparation skills under the mentorship of senior associates and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on IPR, Company Law, and Arbitration matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and notices.
• Assist in case preparation and liaise with clients.
• Support senior associates and partners with day-to-day case management tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to law students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LLB program.
• Applicants must be based in Mumbai, with preference for those living along the Western Line (due to office location in Goregaon).
• A minimum 3-month commitment is required; short-term interns need not apply.
