About the Position: Legal Manager / Head
The Legal Manager will play a key role in ensuring all legal requirements are met efficiently and effectively for various projects. Responsibilities include coordination with the management, handling documents related to land acquisition and registration, liaising with government agencies, and maintaining communication with customers and their legal representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Vista Spaces’ management, legal consultants, and external agencies.
• Manage documentation and agreements for land acquisition, project structuring, and financing.
• Handle customer agreements, bank loan pre-approvals, and coordinate with RERA consultants.
• Ensure compliance with government notices and legal requirements for real estate projects.
• Oversee trademark and patent registration activities.
• Maintain and archive legal documents and files.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
• Proficiency in Kannada.
• Strong organizational skills and experience liaising with government agencies.
