About the Role

The Legal Sales Management position at CaseMine is focused on managing client relationships and driving business development within the legal sector. The role involves working with existing and new clients to understand their needs, introduce CaseMine’s solutions, and ensure long-term satisfaction. Based in Noida, this position provides a unique opportunity for professionals with a background in law and a passion for sales to blend legal expertise with client engagement and sales strategy.

  • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
  • Mode: Full-Time, In-Office
  • Eligibility: Recent law graduates (LL.B or LL.M) or professionals with a background in legal sales, client relationship management, or business development in the legal sector

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development
    • Identify and develop relationships with new clients, particularly those from the legal industry, to expand CaseMine’s market presence.
    • Work closely with the sales team to target potential clients and create outreach strategies.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to introduce CaseMine’s solutions and address their specific needs.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
    • Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  3. Client Onboarding
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, offering support and guidance on CaseMine’s products and services to ensure a smooth transition.
  4. Market Insight
    • Stay informed about developments and trends in the legal sector to understand client needs and improve service offerings.
    • Gather feedback and insights from clients to refine engagement strategies and enhance the effectiveness of CaseMine’s offerings.
  5. Reporting & Feedback
    • Provide regular reports on client interactions, satisfaction levels, and potential areas for improvement to senior management.
    • Leverage client feedback to make recommendations that drive continuous service improvements and engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 0–1 years in client relationship management, business development, or sales, preferably within the legal sector.
  • Education: A degree in Law (LL.B or LL.M) or MBA preferred, though relevant experience with legal clients will also be considered.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Proficiency in client engagement, legal knowledge, and problem-solving
    • Ability to build long-term client relationships, with attention to detail and confidentiality
