Format & Structure
- Work Profile: Selected candidates will handle subscriber grievances, exit & withdrawal claims, legal compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in English, Hindi, MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Contract Duration: Initial 3 years, extendable for up to 2 more years based on performance.
- Leaves & Benefits: 30 paid leave days per year, but no superannuation benefits (PF, pension, gratuity).
- Location: New Delhi (subject to future administrative changes).
