About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy and Market Expansion
    • Design and implement strategic sales plans focused on legal services, identifying key growth areas to expand the organization’s market presence.
    • Research and analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings to enhance outreach strategies and create unique value propositions.
  2. Client Outreach and Relationship Development
    • Identify and reach out to potential clients, generating leads through targeted networking and industry events, fostering new business relationships.
    • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, nurturing relationships to build a sustainable client base that aligns with NGO Partners’ mission.
  3. Sales Negotiation and Contract Closure
    • Lead negotiations on sales contracts, ensuring terms meet both client needs and organizational standards. Close sales contracts in compliance with legal requirements, maintaining documentation for reference and client satisfaction.
    • Oversee the drafting and finalization of contracts, coordinating with legal and finance teams to ensure all client engagements are legally compliant.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field (LL.B or equivalent). An MBA, Sales certification, or additional legal qualifications are advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management or business development within the legal services sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Client Relationship Management: Ability to foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
    • Legal Knowledge and Sales Expertise: Understanding of legal compliance, terminology, and processes; expertise in legal sales and strategic account management.
