Position: Junior Associate (IP Litigation)

Location: Ahmedabad (Preference given to local candidates)
Mode: In-Person
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Salary: As per potential and experience
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Junior Associate, the selected candidate will:

• Conduct legal research on prior legislation, precedents, and fact-checking for cases.
• Assist in drafting memos, writing legislation, and providing updates on current legal developments.
• Draft and review various legal documents.
• Manage and organize case files efficiently to ensure accessibility during proceedings.
• Interact with clients to provide updates and clarify case details.
• Support senior attorneys during court proceedings and assist in all litigation-related tasks.
