Competition Format and Requirements

The competition includes:

Memorial Submissions: Teams must prepare written submissions (memorials) for both sides of the case, addressing complex IP law issues.
Oral Arguments: Participants will present their arguments before a distinguished panel of judges, simulating real-world court proceedings.

Formatting Requirements:

Font: Times New Roman, size 12 for main text, size 10 for footnotes.
Spacing: 1.5-line spacing in the body and single spacing in footnotes.
Citation Style: Bluebook, 20th Edition.
Content Structure: Memorials must include a cover page, table of contents, list of abbreviations, index of authorities, statement of facts, issues raised, summary of arguments, arguments advanced, and a prayer.
