The Asia-Pacific Moot Court Competition is an exceptional event for law students interested in intellectual property and trademark law. This event allows participants to explore the legal frameworks governing trademarks, understand the nuances of unfair competition law, and address complex scenarios related to IP rights in a globalized market. The competition promotes a spirit of camaraderie among participating teams and enables networking with IP professionals, enhancing the learning experience and preparing participants for careers in IP law.

Competition Format and Requirements
The competition includes:
- Memorial Submissions: Teams must prepare written submissions (memorials) for both sides of the case, addressing complex IP law issues.
- Oral Arguments: Participants will present their arguments before a distinguished panel of judges, simulating real-world court proceedings.
Formatting Requirements:
- Font: Times New Roman, size 12 for main text, size 10 for footnotes.
- Spacing: 1.5-line spacing in the body and single spacing in footnotes.
- Citation Style: Bluebook, 20th Edition.
- Content Structure: Memorials must include a cover page, table of contents, list of abbreviations, index of authorities, statement of facts, issues raised, summary of arguments, arguments advanced, and a prayer.

The competition will be held at the India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, a premier location for academic and professional gatherings in India’s vibrant capital. Situated centrally, the India Habitat Centre is easily accessible and provides a conducive environment for discussions and learning.
