1. Memorial Submissions: Teams must prepare written submissions (memorials) for both sides of the case, addressing complex IP law issues.

Formatting Requirements:

• Font: Times New Roman, size 12 for main text, size 10 for footnotes.
• Spacing: 1.5-line spacing in the body and single spacing in footnotes.
• Citation Style: Bluebook, 20th Edition.
• Content Structure: Memorials must include a cover page, table of contents, list of abbreviations, index of authorities, statement of facts, issues raised, summary of arguments, arguments advanced, and a prayer.
