Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and Issue Legal Notices: Assist with drafting and dispatching legal notices for loan recovery in coordination with Finclus’ legal team.
• Conduct Legal Research: Focus on civil laws, income tax regulations, and GST compliance to support ongoing projects and cases.
• Collaborate with Bank Lawyers: Work with panel lawyers from partnering banks to develop new loan products and review associated documentation for agricultural infrastructure loans.
• Support Tax and GST Compliance: Work with Finclus’ CA firm in Bangalore to manage tax and GST-related issues.
• Document Review and Drafting: Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents relevant to financial products.
• Court Proceedings and Case Preparations: Gain exposure to court proceedings, assisting in case preparation and legal arguments.
