The role requires a candidate with a solid background in litigation and practical court experience, capable of handling drafting, research, and court appearances independently. The firm is looking for someone with a genuine passion for litigation, particularly those with experience in trial courts.

Key Details

• Position: Legal Associate
• Experience Required: 2–3 years of real court experience (not merely post-enrollment experience).
• Specialization: Litigation (experience in drafting, research, and court appearances).
• Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Role Responsibilities:
  • Independent handling of court appearances before the Hon’ble High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals.
  • Drafting legal documents and opinions.
  • Extensive legal research on various cases.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years of genuine court experience, especially in trial courts (preferably).
• Competencies:
  • Strong drafting and research skills.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for litigation.
