Position Overview: Immigration Attorney

Greencard Inc. is looking for an Immigration Attorney with a strong foundation in U.S. immigration law, particularly in the domain of talent visas, and a proven background in client relationship management. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal processes. As an Immigration Attorney at Greencard Inc., you will play a central role in managing cases, providing legal consultations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive exceptional support and guidance. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement and Case Management: Develop and sustain client relationships by providing clear, customized legal guidance on U.S. immigration procedures. Manage a portfolio of clients through the entirety of the immigration process, from initial consultations to application submissions and beyond.
• Consultation and Strategy: Offer in-depth legal consultations to potential clients, outlining visa options (EB-1A, EB2-NIW, and O-1), explaining services, and discussing pricing. Work closely with clients to establish a tailored strategy that maximizes their chances of a successful outcome.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales and legal teams to devise client-specific strategies, aligning services with client needs to ensure seamless transitions and high satisfaction.
• Legal Research and Documentation: Conduct thorough research on U.S. immigration laws and draft detailed immigration documents for talent visa applications. Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate relevant updates into client cases as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Proven experience in a client-centered role, ideally within immigration law, legal services, or a related field. Experience with talent-based U.S. visas is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of U.S. Immigration Law: Strong understanding of the U.S. immigration system, particularly talent visa categories such as EB-1A, EB2-NIW, and O-1, and an ability to communicate complex legal processes to clients.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients and guide them effectively.
