Legal Specialist

Job Overview:

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for the negotiation, vetting, reviewing, and drafting of a variety of commercial and out-licensing contracts, including Distribution Agreements, Product Registration Agreements, Supply Agreements, License Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Cell Line License Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding (MoU), Term Sheets, Consultancy Agreements, and Quality Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and close open items in contract discussions.
• Provide legal advice to the business team and stakeholders regarding various deal-making issues.
• Drive various legal projects as needed.
• Ensure appropriate legal training for colleagues and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in legal contract management.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and contractual obligations.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
