About NLIU and Gender Justice Cell (GJC):

About the Event:
The NLIU-GJC Essay Writing Competition 2024, in collaboration with the office of Advocate Prerna Priyadarshini (Supreme Court of India), is a prestigious platform for young minds to explore, analyze, and contribute to the ongoing debates around gender justice. Participants are encouraged to critically examine modern gender-related issues in various sectors like criminal law, corporate governance, media, and political institutions.
The competition seeks to provide participants with an opportunity to engage with complex gender justice topics, sharpen their analytical skills, and offer well-reasoned solutions or arguments through their essays. Winning essays will not only receive recognition but also a chance for publication, adding valuable weight to participants’ academic and professional profiles.

Submission Guidelines:
Participants will need to comply with a stringent plagiarism policy. Any essay found in violation will be disqualified.
