About the Role

Key Details

• Position: Associate
• Experience Required:
  1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation chambers, law firms, or similar environments.
• Specialization:
  Interest and demonstrated knowledge in:
  • Intellectual Property Laws
  • Entertainment & Media Laws
  • Commercial Laws
• Education Qualification:
  • LLB/LLM from a reputable law school.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed legal research and analyze legislative updates.
2. Draft, review, and refine legal documents, including:
   • Agreements
   • Pleadings
   • Legal opinions
3. Manage case files and assist in preparations for hearings and negotiations.
4. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and deliver strategic legal solutions for clients.
