About the Internship:

The remote internship will span one month, during which interns will gain hands-on experience in various areas of law, including criminal, civil, matrimonial, and humanitarian law. Interns will be entrusted with legal research, drafting, and case preparation for clients from Delhi and Maharashtra. This program is an ideal opportunity for law students or fresh graduates to apply their academic knowledge in real-world legal scenarios and enhance their legal skills.

Interns will be required to:

• Conduct Legal Research: Research legal precedents, statutes, and case laws related to criminal, civil, matrimonial, and humanitarian law.
• Draft Legal Documents: Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, contracts, and other legal documents under the guidance of senior lawyers.
• Case Preparation: Help organize and prepare cases by summarizing evidence, preparing case files, and supporting the legal team with ongoing litigation matters.

Eligibility & Requirements:

1. Strong research and drafting skills.
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

4. Prior experience or coursework in these fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
5. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
