About the Internship

This Legal Internship at LawDocs offers law students and aspiring legal professionals the opportunity to work closely with legal documentation and regulatory compliance in the tech and finance sectors. Interns will gain hands-on experience in navigating legal and regulatory landscapes while assisting in research and drafting activities related to startup laws, data privacy, and corporate compliance.

Internship Responsibilities:

• Work on LegalTech and FinTech-related policies, documentation, and agreements, ensuring compliance with RBI and SEBI regulations.
• Draft legal documents for financial institutions and startups, focusing on regulatory adherence.
• Conduct research on startup and corporate laws, offering advisory support to ensure businesses meet regulatory standards.
• Assist in data privacy and protection efforts, ensuring legal compliance to safeguard sensitive information.
