About the Internship

Deloitte’s Internal Audit Team is currently seeking a Legal Intern for its Compliance Team. This six-month internship offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience in compliance and legal research in a dynamic, professional environment.

Position Details

• Position: Legal Intern – Compliance Team
• Duration: 6 months
• Mode: Online/Hybrid (as per company requirements)

Eligibility

• Currently pursuing an LLB degree
• Previous internship experience with lawyers or law firms is preferred
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools (e.g., Manupatra)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on regulatory and compliance matters
• Assist in reviewing legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Support the development and updating of compliance policies
• Participate in compliance audits and monitoring activities
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
