About the Role
SentiLink is seeking a Legal Specialist (Contracts & Compliance) based in India to support its US legal team. The position focuses on enhancing operational efficiency by handling legal administration, managing compliance, and negotiating legal documents like NDAs. The role is remote, requiring alignment with US work hours, and offers the chance to work with an award-winning company in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing legal administration, including policy creation, compliance enforcement, and filing systems.
- Handling data deletion compliance requests and collaborating with tech teams to automate these processes.
- Supporting workflow management tools like Ironclad for efficient contract management.
- Negotiating simple agreements, such as NDAs, consistently and promptly.
- Maintaining and updating contract records and optimizing the filing system.
Requirements:
- A legal degree is strongly preferred, with at least 3 years of legal or corporate experience.
- Experience working with US-based companies or clients is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Flexibility to work during US business hours.
