About the Position:
DWF is seeking a Legal Tech Consultant to join their team in Kharadi, Pune. This role is perfect for an individual with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in legal technology and consultancy. The position involves working directly with clients to provide expert advice and implement legal tech solutions, including configuring legal tech tools and ensuring their functionality. The consultant will play a key role in helping clients transform their legal processes through automation and other legal tech innovations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting needs analysis with clients and suggesting suitable legal tech solutions.
- Advising on the functionality and capabilities of various legal tech tools.
- Supporting the deployment of legal tech solutions, including training clients and assisting with user acceptance testing.
- Creating training guides and documentation for clients.
- Actively promoting legal tech to clients by demonstrating tools, creating promotional materials, and sharing case studies to encourage the adoption of legal technology.

- Experience Required: 1+ years of experience in legal tech or legal consultancy
- Skills Required:
- Experience with legal tech tools such as contract lifecycle management, document automation, machine learning, and AI.
- Ability to manage risk and maintain governance over the use and integration of legal tech tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of workflow processes, document automation, and training machine learning algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Consultancy: Working directly with clients to provide legal consultancy services and help them implement the most effective legal tech solutions.

- Implementation & Configuration: Delivering, configuring, and customizing legal tech tools for clients, and ensuring successful integration into their existing workflows.
- User Training & Support: Creating detailed training guides, assisting clients with the usage of legal tech tools, and providing ongoing support post-deployment.
- Product Transformation: Assisting in the transformation of new products from a legal tech perspective, ensuring that innovation and service delivery are integrated smoothly.
- Promotion of Legal Tech: Actively promoting the use of legal technology to clients, including product demonstrations and creating promotional materials and case studies to highlight the benefits of legal tech tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Required: A minimum of 1+ year of experience in legal tech consultancy or a related field.
- Experience with legal tech tools, including contract lifecycle management, document automation, and AI/machine learning-based solutions.
- Strong knowledge of legal technology integration, risk management, and governance processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
