About the Position:

Vertico BPO and LPO Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire 25 Legal Interns for a full-time, in-office role with a UK-based Human Rights law firm starting in February 2025. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for interns to engage with complex human rights cases under the guidance of UK-qualified professionals, thereby gaining insight into the legal frameworks of England and Wales. The interns will work closely with UK lawyers, handling case management, client communications, legal research, and document preparation, all while advancing their expertise in human rights law.

Position: Legal Intern (Full-Time)
Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate building, Hyderabad
Salary: INR 3.6 LPA (CTC)
Job Type: Office-Based (No Cab Facility)
Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview:

Interns will be responsible for supporting UK-based legal teams with various tasks related to human rights cases. Key responsibilities include:

• Client Communication: Engage with clients to gather information, follow up on case updates, and ensure clear communication between the legal team and clients.
• Case Management: Assist with organizing case files, managing case documents, and updating case tracking systems.
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to support case arguments, referencing both Indian and UK legal precedents and statutes.
• Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, case summaries, and case-related communications.
• Collaboration with UK Lawyers: Work alongside lawyers from the UK, understanding the legal system of England and Wales, and participating in discussions on human rights law.

This role provides hands-on exposure to international legal standards, helping interns build a strong foundation for their future careers.

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B).
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Legal Experience: Prior legal experience is preferred but not mandatory.
