  1. Written Memorial Submission:
    • Participants are required to submit written memorials on assigned legal issues before the oral rounds.
    • The memorials will be evaluated based on legal research, structure, clarity of arguments, and adherence to formatting guidelines.
  2. Oral Rounds:
    • Preliminary Rounds: Each team will present its arguments before a panel of judges, demonstrating legal knowledge, courtroom etiquette, and advocacy skills.
    • Semifinal and Final Rounds: The top teams from the preliminary rounds will advance to the semifinals, followed by the final round, where they will argue complex legal issues in front of a distinguished panel.
  3. Judging Criteria:
    • Teams will be evaluated on legal knowledge, research skills, articulation of arguments, rebuttal performance, and adherence to courtroom decorum.
    • The panel will include former Supreme Court and High Court judges, Advocates on Record, and senior attorneys from S&P Majmudar Associates, offering feedback and guidance.
